Gochujar Global is open!
Gochujar Global was created specifically to serve customers from international countries - outside of the US.
Gochujar and Gochujar Global have the same identical products. But there is one key difference. Product prices in Gochujar Global are lower than Gochujar. The price difference ranges on average from $3-10, depending on the weight of the product. This is due to the fact that international shipping costs to the US has sharply increased in July 2020.
So if you're a non-US customer, shop here at Gochujar Global.
What countries can Gochujar Global deliver to?
During normal circumstances, we can ship Gochujar products to just about every country in the world - except for island states like Puerto Rico, Guam and few others.
However, due to the ongoing pandemic, cargo flight routes from Korea have been significantly reduced. As such, we can only ship to the following countries for the time being:
- HONG KONG
(AUSTRALIA & JAPAN are still not available for international shipping right now).
We will update this list as soon as new countries becomes available.
Q: How long will does delivery take during COVID?
Typically, it takes 7-10 during normal times. But due to the pandemic, delivery is being delayed on average, by 2 weeks.
You can expect 3-4 weeks for total delivery time.
Q: I'm a returning customer from Gochujar - what about my store credits?
We have transferred your account information to Gochujar Global. However, due to privacy laws, we can not migrate your login/password credentials.
To remedy this, we have sent you an email with an activation link. Please click on the link to sign-up (using the same email) and create a new password for Gochujar Global.
Then you'll see all of your store credit/account details as before.
Q: There's a discrepancy in store credit balance.
