The Canada Postal Service strike has ended, and we've resume shipping to Canada!
However, please note that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual as Canada Post works through its backlog of parcels.

The expected delivery time to most countries is ~2 weeks.
It may take longer - if there is severe weather, holiday season or one-off events.
Our flat-rate international delivery fee is $5.
However, if you order 2 or more items - no shipping fee!

Sure, please take a screenshot of your cart. Then send it over to daniel[at]gochujar.com. We will send over a Paypal invoice that you can pay with one click.
You can apply your store credit at the "cart" page. There is a drop-down box at the bottom of the page (see below).
You can apply discount codes - in both mobile and web.
On mobile, input the code in the last step of the checkout - "Payment" section
On web, apply the code in the first step of the checkout - "Information" section
All reviews are genuine.
However, we periodically import customer reviews from our sister store, Gochujar (which is for US customers). Those US customers do not get the "verified" label as the order took place outside of Gochujar Global.
But rest assured, they are real customer reviews.

It also gives us real feedback on whether to continue sourcing the product.
We know it takes precious time away from your workflow.

Sure - let me explain. Updates to your tracker are made by two different parties:
WHILE YOUR PARCEL IS IN KOREA, Korea Postal Service provides updates to the tracker.
ONCE THE PARCEL LEAVES KOREA, it is handed over to your country's Postal Service and they are responsible for making updates.
If you haven't see updates to your tracker in a while - it is most likely queuing at your country's Customs Office for clearance.
Updates to the tracker are posted AFTER the parcel clears Custom Office.
Please be patient. At times, there are delays at Customs Offices due to severe weather or spikes in parcel load, especially during the holidays.
