Discovered Chef Baek’s product for the first time on Gochujar’s website and it’s a keeper. If you want a shortcut to making yummy Jajangmyeon at home, this is it. Really delicious!

This jajangmyeon sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s not too sweet or too salty. It strikes just the right flavour balance. I’ve used it in noodle dishes, on rice, and in a chicken dish, and they were all dee-lish! I am about to place another order for 2 more jars of this yummy-ness. Gochujar, please keep this on your products list!

Recipes to make with Chef Baek's Jajang Sauce

Jajangmyeon Noodles (2-person serving)

1. Pour in 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil. Then add-in 1/2 Cup of Diced Spring Onions.

Stir-fry until the spring onions start to sizzle - this will flavor the oil

2. Then add in 1/4 cup of All-Purpose Jajangmyeon Sauce - along with 1/2 cup of Water.  

Next, add in chopped onions, zucchini and cabbage - stirfry everything until onions are soft

3. Blanche noodles. Then pour-over the jajangmyeon sauce over noodles. Enjoy!
