New Shipping Policy
From October 23, 2026, the $5 flat rate and free shipping on 2+ items have ended. Here's the new policy in short:

✓ Always free to the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore and 7 more countries
✓ EU orders under $200 arrive duty-paid: nothing to pay at your door

Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden from $200: $23.99 (Germany) or $27.99 (Netherlands, Sweden) up to $249, $54.99 up to $499, and $109.99 from $500, with all duties and taxes included.
Why the change?
The EU has changed its import rules for low-value parcels (orders of €150 or less, the ones covered by IOSS, the EU's import VAT scheme). Since July 2026, every parcel carries a €3 customs duty per item type on top of VAT, and a new EU customs handling fee is on the way. With the surge in air-freight costs this year, shipping from Korea has also become much more expensive, so we can no longer offer a flat $5 rate. Instead, every order of $200 or more ships free, and we now prepay EU duties at checkout so there are no surprise bills at your door.

Shipping update

Food orders to Spain are paused
Spanish customs is now strictly enforcing its food import rules. Food parcels are being refused and either sent back or discarded, so we've stopped shipping food items to Spain for now.
Everything else still ships as usual, including ceramics, cookware, kitchenware and beauty products. If your cart has food in it, please take those items out before checking out. Any order that still includes food will be cancelled.

Import tax reduced to 10% (previously 15%)
Good news! Following recent updates to U.S.–South Korea tariff policy, the import tax on U.S. orders has dropped from 15% to 10%. This rate may change again depending on U.S. trade policy.
The 10% applies to product value only — shipping is excluded.
Thank you for your support as we keep serving U.S. customers through the tariff changes.

A 15% import tax now applies at checkout
Update: reduced to 10% on Mar 5, 2026 — see above.
Because of recent U.S. tariff policy changes, a 15% import tax is now charged at checkout on all U.S. orders.
It’s calculated automatically and shown under “Estimated Taxes” on the PayPal checkout page before you pay. It applies to product value only — shipping is excluded.
There are no additional charges during delivery. If U.S. import rules change, we’ll update the tax right away.
