Bring home that restaurant flavor!
[Chef Baek] All Purpose Jajangmyeon Sauce
This is a hit product released by Chef Baek Jong Won.
Chef Baek Jong Won is a celebrity chef in Korea and the founder of Korea's largest Jajangmyeon restaurant franchise - Hong Kong Ban Jeom (홍콩반점).
Their Jajangmyeon has been tasted (at least once) by virtually everyone in Korea. The Jajangmyeon Sauce is nutty and savory, with just the right amount of sweetness.
Now you can bring home this restaurant flavor!
Chef Baek's Jajangmyeon sauce starts with aged chunjang paste.
It's first stir-fried in oil (so you don't have to re-fry at home) with a generous amount of diced spring onions.
The sauce is then cooked down and flavored with fresh onions, minced pork and ginger.
With Chef Baek's Sauce, you can make Jajangmyeon in under 15 minutes.
(Step-by-step video listed in product page below.)
You can also use it to make other Jajang dishes like Jajang Fried Rice, Jajang Ramen, Jajang Chicken and more...
If you're a Jajangmyeon-lover, keep a jar handy to make Jajangmyeon or Jajang Bap (Jajang Fried Rice) easily at home!
Note: Store in refrigerator after opening
