The seafood are cleaned, prepped, fully-dehydrated and then grinded into a fine powder.

Made from fresh premium-grade anchovies that are caught off the southern coast of Korea. 

The inner guts are removed before being dried to remove any bitter taste.

This anchovy powder is packed with calcium - add a pinch to stir-fried rice, fried eggs or namul banchans.

This anchovy powder does not dissolve easily in cold water - instead, add into boiling water.

Don't add too much powder once (as it can taste strong) -  start with 1-2 pinches  before adding more.
