Light, Smooth, Daily Miso Soup!
[Marukome Boy] Miso Paste - Koshi Smooth (650g)
Introducing Marukome's Koshi Smooth Miso Paste - a delicious and famous miso paste from Japan that has been produced using traditional fermentation techniques since 1854, over 160 years ago!
Marukome is well-known for its high-quality miso products, and today we are presenting their Koshi Style Miso.
Koshi Miso, also known as Yellow Miso, has a smooth texture and a light, balanced flavor compared to other types of miso paste.
It's the kind of flavor that makes you want... to ask for another bowl!
What we love about this product is that you don't need to prepare a stock broth.
The miso paste already contains dried bonito and kelp, so all you need to do is dissolve a spoonful of it into hot water and add a few fresh ingredients like tofu and diced green onions.
Make a healthy pot of miso soup in less than 10 minutes!
To ensure the perfect flavor balance, we recommend adding 1 Tbsp of miso for every 1 Cup of water (or broth). For example, if you're using three cups of water, add three tablespoons of miso. Then adjust to taste.
Editor's note: After adding-in the miso, do not continue to boil the pot, as miso loses its rich nutrition, aroma, and delicate flavor when hard-boiled. Please refer to the cooking steps listed below for more details.
Marukome's Koshi Smooth Miso Paste is available in a 650g container.
Made in Japan. Made with Non-GMO soybeans.
It's a must-have in your refrigerator.
