These organic maesil are grown without chemical pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. Instead, the farm uses natural cultivation methods—including beneficial soil microorganisms, herbal nutrients, natural amino acids, water-soluble calcium, and garlic extract.

After harvesting, the maesil are fermented and aged naturally for three years in an on-site facility, protecting them from outside contamination.
