[Gokmul Dogam] Kamut Oat High-Calcium Soy Milk, Unsweetened
- 339 mg calcium per pouch
- No added sugar
- 6.1 g protein per pouch
- 80 kcal per pouch
Gokmul Dogam Kamut Oat High-Calcium Soy Milk (곡물도감 카무트 귀리 가득 고칼슘 두유) is an unsweetened Korean soy milk made with 97.35% Korean white-bean soy milk, blended with Kamut® brand wheat and Korean oats. It’s thick, nutty and ready to drink from the pouch.
Think of it as soy milk and oat milk in one. Each 180 mL pouch has 339 mg of calcium, 48% of the daily value and about 1.6 times what you’d get from the same amount of regular milk, with 0 g of sugar and just 80 kcal.
Like our Extra-Rich Stone-Ground Soy Milk, it starts with whole Korean white soybeans, ground with a patented method that keeps the skins and pulp. Kamut®, an ancient grain first grown in Egypt, brings extra protein and minerals, and the oats round out the flavor.
Gokmul Dogam became very popular in Korea after Hong Jin-kyung, the South Korean model and TV host, revealed she’d been drinking this soy milk every day for three years. The brand then invited her on board, and she’s now its official ambassador.

No added sugar, sweeteners, stabilizers, emulsifiers, thickeners or artificial flavors. Made with non-GMO beans.
To drink Shake the pouch well and drink it chilled or at room temperature. It’s also great in coffee, lattes and protein shakes, poured over granola, or as a base for kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup). To warm it, pour it into a microwave-safe cup first; don’t microwave the pouch.
In the box 15 pouches of 180 mL. Each pouch has 80 kcal, 6.1 g protein, 339 mg calcium and 0 g sugars. Made by Nonsan Strawberry Land Co., Ltd. in South Korea.
To keep Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For the best taste, chill in refrigerator before drinking. Do not freeze, as freezing may cause clumping. Drink immediately after opening. The best-before date is printed at the top of each pouch.
Good to know Contains soy and wheat (Kamut® is a type of wheat).
Common questions
Is it sweet?
No. There’s no sugar or sweetener at all. It tastes rich and nutty, with a toasty note from the Kamut® and oats.
How is it different from the Extra-Rich soy milk?
Both use Korean white soybeans. This one adds Kamut® wheat, Korean oats and seaweed calcium for a lighter, nuttier taste and 339 mg of calcium per pouch. The Extra-Rich is pure soy milk, made even thicker.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
Not before opening. Still, we suggest keeping it in the fridge once it arrives, because it tastes best chilled.
[Gokmul Dogam] Kamut Oat High-Calcium Soy Milk, Unsweetened

Kamut and oats, meet Korean soy milk
This is Gokmul Dogam’s thick, whole-bean soy milk made with Korean white soybeans, then blended with Kamut® brand wheat and Korean oats. It’s unsweetened, just 80 kcal a pouch, and packed with 339 mg of calcium.

Kamut®: an ancient grain from Egypt
Kamut® brand wheat is an ancient khorasan wheat, said to have been grown in Egypt some 6,000 years ago. Compared with ordinary wheat, it’s known for more protein and a wide range of nutrients, including selenium, zinc, magnesium and dietary fiber.

Only genuine Kamut® brand wheat
Gokmul Dogam uses certified Kamut® brand wheat from a clean growing region in Canada, held to strict standards: organically grown, non-GMO, 12–18% protein, at least 400 ppb selenium, and kept as free as possible from plant disease.

Oats: one of TIME’s top 10 superfoods
Often called the king of grains, oats are known for their protein, dietary fiber and soluble beta-glucan. The oats in this soy milk are grown in Korea.

Calcium, for every age
From growing kids to older adults, calcium matters at every stage of life. It’s needed to build bones and teeth, for normal nerve and muscle function and for normal blood clotting, and it helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
General information about calcium.

Most of us fall short on calcium
Korea’s national health survey shows calcium intake below the recommended level in every age group, which is why a calcium-rich daily drink helps.
Source: 2022 Korea National Health Statistics, KDCA Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.

339 mg of calcium in every pouch
One 180 mL pouch gives you 339 mg of calcium, 48% of the daily value, and about 1.6 times the calcium in the same amount of regular milk.
Comparison based on Korea’s national standard food composition table.

Unsweetened, with 0 g of sugar
No sugar and no sweeteners, just the rich, nutty flavor of the grains and beans. An easy pick if you’re watching what you eat.

Six soy milks, one for every taste
Gokmul Dogam makes six kongmul soy milks. Three are made with seoritae, the Korean black soybean, and three with Korean white soybeans (baektae). Here’s how they compare:
Seoritae (Our Signature): thick and deeply nutty
21-Grain Seoritae (Our Best-Seller): lightly sweet and nutty
Matcha Seoritae : matcha aroma, sweet and nutty
Kamut Oat : nutty and smooth
Bium High-Dietary Fiber : clean, mild and lightly sweet
Extra-Rich Stone-Ground (Our Latest Release): the thickest yet, rich, nutty and unsweetened

Real soy milk, not soy extract
Check the back of the pack: the base is 97.35% soy milk made from Korean white soybeans, not soy extract or soy milk concentrate. All the freshness of the beans stays in.

100% Korean non-GMO white soybeans
Non-GMO means the beans are grown naturally, without changing their size or taste through genetic modification.

Not all beans are equal
Gokmul Dogam uses firm, well-filled beans from cool upland fields rather than softer, watery paddy beans. They’re packed with nutrients and make a richer, nuttier soy milk.

Thicker than ordinary soy milk
Side by side with regular soy milk, the difference shows. Gokmul Dogam’s is thick, creamy and full of body.

Ground with a patented method
Gokmul Dogam’s patented whole-bean method keeps the nutrients in the skins and pulp of the beans. The result is thick, yet smooth to drink and full of flavor.

Made with care, step by step
Sorting, washing, roasting, steaming, two rounds of millstone grinding, homogenizing, pasteurizing, sterilizing and filling, all in one carefully controlled process.

Nothing you don’t need
No thickeners, emulsifiers, stabilizers or artificial flavors. A soy milk the whole family can enjoy without worry.

Made in a HACCP-certified facility
Every Gokmul Dogam product is made in a HACCP-certified facility, with food safety managed at every step from raw ingredients to packing.

Granola + soy milk
Light but filling: crunchy granola in a bowl of nutty soy milk.

Soy milk bingsu
