Full Ingredients List Korean red ginseng concentrate 30% (6-year-old roots, Korea; 64% solids; ginsenosides Rg1 + Rb1 + Rg3 5.5 mg/g; root blend: main roots 70%, fine roots 30%), purified water. Each 10 mL stick provides 11.6 mg of ginsenosides Rg1 + Rb1 + Rg3.
To take 1 stick (10 mL) once a day. Hold the stick upright, tear it open along the notch and drink straight from the stick.
In the box 30 sticks (30 days), 50 sticks (50 days) or 100 sticks (100 days), each 10 mL and individually sealed. Made in South Korea by Korea Ginseng Corporation (Daejeon).
To keep At room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Drink it right after opening. Best before date is printed on the pack.
Good to know A health functional food, not a medicine. A little natural red ginseng sediment is normal. Each stick is just two things: Korean red ginseng concentrate made from 6-year-old roots, and water. No sugar, no sweeteners, no flavorings. That works out to 11.6 mg of ginsenosides (Rg1 + Rb1 + Rg3) in every stick.
Backed by data, not just tradition
Cheong Kwan Jang runs 432 safety tests on its raw ginseng, and its red ginseng research is behind 60 published papers and 119 ginseng-related patents.
Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) recognizes red ginseng as a health functional ingredient that may help with five things: supporting immune function, easing fatigue, supporting healthy blood flow (by helping inhibit platelet aggregation), supporting memory and providing antioxidant support.
Fatigue: in a study of 24 healthy men, those who took 3 g of red ginseng extract a day for 8 weeks alongside exercise had significantly lower blood lactate after exercise than the control group.
Recovery: in a study of 18 healthy male students aged 19–22, those who took 20 g of red ginseng concentrate a day for 10 days had significantly lower creatine kinase levels, a marker of muscle damage, after hard exercise than the placebo group.
Immunity: in a placebo-controlled trial, 99 adults aged 40–65 took 2 g of red ginseng a day for 8 weeks and showed a significant improvement in immune cell counts (T cells, B cells and white blood cells).
