Love it! Took me about a month to get through the whole 500g at one cup a day. It's been my go-to breakfast at work, and an easy pick-me-up when home sick :)

Taste - It's mainly a rice/barley/soy mix, so if you've ever had those unseasoned that's what it tastes like. The smell reminds of brown rice crackers when I pour boiling water on it. Overall I found it to be a mild flavour that blends in well with anything its mixed into.

Mix - Great as extra ingredient in hot chocolate or soy matcha late, but my favourite was plain with milk.

I had never tried a "soup" soy sauce before, but this is great. It adds so much complexity of flavour, and as a bonus there's no wheat, which is great because my husband has an allergy. I use it in everything - just a splash is enough! I won't be cooking with Japanese soy sauce anymore, which I find to be a bit sweeter than this.

You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. There is no fishy smell, but so much umami in the broth. Amazing. Even my family who are often picky about seafood love this broth. I will definitely be buying again.

I had bought this because I heard it's good for your skin (eg. eczema) and was a bit worried that it might not taste very good. But if you cook it according to the instructions, it is really tasty and only leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste that reminds you that you are drinking something healthy. It's also great to drink when you feel like you ate too much or if you want to curb your appetite.

I have always wanted to try Korean soup soy sauce since it's always featured in Korean recipes, but it's so hard to find an artisinal quality one in Melbourne. Was so happy to get this, and it's a big bottle! Will last me the year hopefully. It definitely has a different smell and taste to regular soy sauce.

I am a big sesame oil fan, but had never tried Korean sesame oil, only Japanese. The difference is amazing - so flavourful and the smell is intoxicating!! I love that this company also presses it monthly so you get the maximum freshness. We will be buying again for sure!

I got the normal coarseness, and found it to be exceptional. I used to buy the big bags from the grocery store, but after realizing they were full of preservatives, chemical coloring and often not made in Korea, I made the switch. The difference is remarkable—the flavors are bold and fresh, perfect for cooking kimchi and stews. My entire family is hooked, and we’ll definitely be reordering once we run out!
